Short or longbed patch panels.

Anybody have a shortbed they might be cutting up? Dented or beat up bad, The lower quarters on my bed are gone. Just seeing if there is anything out there might be usable. I need to replace 3 corners couple inches up. I'll get some pics when I can.
Thanks.

Re: Shortbed patch panels.

Wow. I've got a decent long bed but I don't think that will do you much good.
Good luck.

Re: Shortbed patch panels.

I found that LMC had the longbed replacements, but not shortbed. I suppose you could cut them down if need be. Just another nightmare. lol

I can't help you on finding the patches, but if you could get longbed parts and cut them down, it really wouldn't be any harder than cutting and replacing what you would if you had short bed pieces, it's not like you have tapering body lines to deal with. It's pretty much just one vertical seam per panel, and you can get to both sides easily so you can hammer and dolly out any imperfections. Just a thought since long beds are easier to come by.
