What is the best way to fix these rust problems? Thanks in advance!

That is a real hard one to do! First thing is to stop any further rust. What I would do is clean out the drip rail of all sealent and paint. Then tip the cab forward and pour a few cups of a good rust killer (rust mort, rust encapsulator ect) in thru the sun visor holes and let it slosh around real good and seep out where ever it wants to. This is messy so put down some plastic on the ground first even if you are in dirt and wear the proper gear to protect your self. Also try and get it down into the front "A posts" because their will be rust in their as well. You will also want to grind off any surface rust you see and treat those areas as well. You may then need to do some patch panel replacement to bad areas and if you have some area that have thin metal that needs to be filled use a fiberglass reinforced body filler.

Ok so that is how to fix/slow down your rust problem but if you want it fixed for good then start looking for a new good cab and still treat it as above before you start your build. It will help with any furture moisture that may find its way inside.

Most of the cabs I found around here are afflicted with the same problem. Does anyone make patch panels for this area?
