Carpeting question ... sorta

I'm in the process of gathering the stuff needed to redo my interior, hoping to get it all together for a quick and massive thrash .. just so it isn't off the road for any time. The gas tank has been relocated to the rear. I have seen the carpet pieces that cover the in-cab tank, but I want to carpet the cab wall area behind the seat ... I haven't been able to find a carpet product for that specific application. I want to do this myself without leaving it at a shop, so buying matching yardage might seem to be an answer, but I don't have a way to finish the edges. Anyone have a suggestion or a source for a ready-made product?

Thanks much!
