Door question

Looks like a small horizontal crease in my door near the lower door hinge appeared shortly after I mounted an OEM door along with new hinges, could this have happened because I didn't get the hinges aligned properly? Really strange.

Crease is about in the middle of the lower section.

I thought the same thing, but I think he's actually asking about the bottom of the skin toward the right side of the picture toward the tire.

That's what I thought, but I hung the door, then went on vacation, came back and noticed it, no one was home and the Blazer always stays in the garage.
