Temp guage rising

About 3 months ago I replaced waterpump, fan clutch, thermostat, hoses. Wednesday this started. The temp goes up to the tick between 210 - 260. It climbs to this but does not literally overheat. I open the hood, the fluid is correct and the motor area does not feel abnormally hot. If I leave it sit for a short time and start again. It will be at 210 mark and then rises again.

Im thinking Temp sensor. Any other ideas... oil is fine, fluid is new and fine... I work in the chemical plants and use my truck. I need my truck dependab
