Vacuum help
I am in the process of connecting the vacuum lines but need a little support. I need to connect the Pcv from the valve cover and the vacuum gauge on my cluster. I have two spots, vacuum port on the intake and vacuum port on the carb (625cfm Carter ). Which connection goes where??

The PCV is gonna be a bigger line (3/8" or so). So it needs to go to a large vac port. Usually in the back of most carbs. I would hook the gauge up to mainfold vacuum port if it's possible. If not... hooking it up to the carb port will be okay.

PVC valve goes to the carb port, vac guage reads manifold vacuum.

Both need direct manifold vacuum source. The PCV is larger hose to pull a greater volume of air from the crankcase. The gauge is the smaller hose, just needs a source to sense vacuum.

thank you guys for the help. I usec a 3/8 barb fitting and connected the PCV valve to intake and connected the vacuum gauge to te port in back of the carb. thanks again.
