look at the dark green wire in your harness going to teh tail lights...you probably pinched it someplace or pulled it out of the back of the light.

is there a ground strap going from your bed to the frame, sometimes just bolting the bed to the frame wont ground it good enough

Yep, sounds like ground probably. BUT CHECK YOUR HARNESS UNDER YOUR TRUCK FROM THE FIRE WALL TO THE TAIL LAMPS. This happened to me earlier this week, took my bro to lowes and noticed my left tail light was out, including blinkers and brakes, but my park lights worked. The next few minutes I had no cab light or running lights, then next few minutes, blown fuse, no lights it wasn't until today that I found the stripped wire on that harness under my cab. Take a look youll be glad you did!!!! If one turn signal goes crazy fast or hazards go crazy fast or something wierd like that about 85% sure its that harness....

Sounds like a ground issue to me also. Try cranking on the 5/16 bolts behind the tail light lens. I had the same problem when I put my bed back on and it cured my problem. Good luck!

Cool.
Everyone is too quick to say check your grounds. 99% of the time, if one filiment lights up, then the ground is good enough to light the other one.
However, there is that 1% of the time that will drive you crazy.
