Anyone Running 50 Series Tires?
I finally picked out which wheels I am using for my first '69 SWB (yea, I was dumb enough to decide to restore two of these trucks at once!) Anyhow, I am running 20x8.5 front and 20x10 rear Boss 338's. I see most everyone running 25540's on the front and 29540's on the rear. This truck is dropped 5" in the front and 7" in the rear (static). I really want the tires to have about the same sidewall heights with about a 1" difference back to front (rear being taller obviously). My question is, has anyone used 25550's front and 29550's rear??????

Re: Anyone Running 50 Series Tires?
Welcome to the board!
I did relatively the same thing, only I used 45 series on my GMC build. You can see the wheel/ tire in relation to the sidewall. Being as low as your truck is, Im not sure 50s would work.. but you might get away with 45 series. Posted via Mobile Device
