Very rare. Very few 16" tires were made wide enough to use 8" wheels back then

They are at Pacific Metal Polishing now.
Should be out next week.
Cant wait to see them.
They actually sand them down where needed before polishing to make them perfect.
Since there have been no takers on the rims,
I may run them on my K20, not sure yet. If I do, I will sell the mounted and balanced 16x7 powder coated rims with BFG mud terrains 265/75/16. They have about 400 miles on them. Pic below. I'm into these for 1200 +. I'd need $800 for them, hub caps not included, no shipping.

Hi Steve,

I know you asked me about these earlier. Just got busy and forgot to respond. I would be interested in the BFG mud terrains and the 16 x 7 steels. I need to wait for a while though. I am still spending cash on other areas of the truck. I would give you $800.00 for the set of 4 without caps. When you say local pick up, that would be in Eugene, correct?

If you still have them available after mid Aug, we may have to discuss it. I like the slots but to rich for my blood. Hope they come out nice for you.

Take care,
Tom

Tom,
I can hold the wheels / tires for you.
Tom is coming by the folks house tomorrow evening after work to look at the longhorn. You are welcome to come along and look at the wheels / tires so you know for sure if you want them.
I'm in no rush either. I will be in town SEPT 8th, so best for me to do the transaction then.

Steve

love the look on your truck. i'm curious about the 16x7 steel wheels, are the off a ford E350 delivery van ? i've been searching for a couple sets of those wheels without much luck, LKQ has them but they want 100 bucks each and i can't bring myself to spend 400 bucks on a set of plain steel wheels that will need refinishing. for now i'm going to use 16x8 white spokes with 305 or 315 16s-both my 3/4 tons have 4 inch lifts. thanks.

Yes,
The 16x7 rims are from a Ford. Makes running the 265/75 tires much better with the extra rim width.
Keep searching, they are out there.

Hi Steve,

I will see if I can get there with Tom tomorrow to check out the tire/wheel combo. I am defiantly interested if they only have 400 miles on the tires. I will make sure I am ready to pay you on Sept 8th if I like what I see. I am sure they will be just fine for me.

I appreciate it,

Take care,
Tom aka Thomas

Hey Jerry, I'll keep my eyes open for some Accurides for you. LKQ bumped their head. Those things go way cheaper here. I'm talking you could pay shipping from back east and still be ahead.
