67 Re-Build

Trying to re-build a 1967 GMC . It has the original 6 cylinder and 3 speed manual transmission . Want to put V8 with auto transmission . Any suggestions would be appreciated . Also , any other advice . I'm new to this .

to start youll need an auto tranny crossmember and the v8 motor mounts. then youll want to rewire your harness for a hei and maybe a 3 wire alternator. theres alot of info on the how to, to do this,
