Longhorn Question.

Hey everyone! I came across a '69 CC/20 396 longhorn (says it runs/drives good,ps/pb and A/C) and was just wondering what anyone thinks about this combo. I guess I'm just wondering if the price is right to go ahead and pick this up. It's in Eastern KS so I'm not sure how that affects rust but it looks pretty straight. What are some areas that are the hardest to fix, rust wise, and how should I check this out? Just don't want to get a money pit type deal and y'all seem very knowledgeable.

Thanks for any help!
