Which bag and spindles

I have lowered my suburban with springs, which was a big mistake in my opinion.
The ride quality was in the beginning not to good and now even worse with compressed springs. On even little bumps the suspension hits the already cut bump stops.

So i want to change the setup, and this is what i want to do.

I want to swap the spindles for dropped ones but how much drop is preferred.
And i want to put airbags on instead of the coil springs, in the front and in the rear.

Because i don't want to waist money on the wrong products i ask for your opinion.

I found this site, has anyone ordered there?
How is the company. http://thesuspensionsource.mybigcomm...les/Chevy/C10/

They sell 3 inch dropped spindles for a reasonal price.
they also have bags, http://thesuspensionsource.mybigcommerce.com/air-bags/
I think i need the 2600 bags.

Because i am from The Netherlands it isn't that easy to get parts.
All the brackets i can make myself.

This is my burb at the moment

Re: Which bag and spindles

Whay year front end parts are on your burb?
71-72?
Or 73-87?

Just match the spindles to the correct year parts you are running now.
(and there are 2 different 73-87 spindles)

Re: Which bag and spindles

The suburban is from 71 with disk brakes, I know that.

What i would like to know if 3 inch lowered spindles will work, os maybe 2,5 inch is preferred.

I also would like to know if the 2600 bags ar the right ones to get for the suburban, or maybe the rear works better with 2500 bags.

Re: Which bag and spindles

2.5" or 3" drop spindle will be fine with your wheels.
I would run 2600 bags on all 4 corners.

Some people with trucks run 2500 bags on the rear,... but with the extra weight of the burb,... I would use 2600 bags on the rear.

Check out the board vendors for parts,...

Great looking suburban! The 2600's will be good all around, and we can ship international, so please let me know if we can help you out at all.
