Are all 67-72 cabs the same? or are there some differences?

Some '67 cabs had the small rear window. The 1972 cabs had an air vent in the drivers side door opening. Then the other differences were low/high hump, and A/C non A/C. The 40-60 series cabs are similiar, but all of those had the small rear window, and there are other minor differences.

2017 Sierra 1500 SLT 4WD, Black, 41k miles, 5.3, 6L80E, 3.42 LS, 20" polished wheels, everything but moonroof and 6.2...

2019 Canyon SLT 4WD, White, 60k miles, 3.6, 8L45, 3.23 LS, 18" wheels

67-68 emergency brake is hand operated, under steering column
69-72 foot operated, mounted on firewall by drivers side kick panel
67 small ignition lock switch hole
doors, different window regulators because of trim panels plus 72 has an extra screw for the vent window frame if I remember correctly
Basically they will interchange
some trim differences
