Dashpad Speakers???

Im sure theres probably a thread on this but i did search and didnt turn up anything so here it goes. Im recovering my dash pad and got to thinking about the fact Ill be covering my speaker holes as well. Has anyone ever mounted any speakers to the dash pad itself with the grills on top of the pad and if so how much of a pain was it to mount them and install the dashpad and also what size speakers did you use?

crsweet91. Not real sure what he charges. I have been looking at having my interior done soon and talked to him. He has a photobucket page with tons and tons of pictures on it.
