How about some before and after shots of your rides ?
As a newbie I see where your various rides are at today but thought it might be inspirational to see pictures in the same post of them before you started and as they sit today or as they were when you got rid of them to move on to another project. Maybe some in between shots on the really major makeovers too ?

Thanks RainFade - A friend of mine, who is a cabinet maker, cut and grooved the planks. The bare steel strips were bought locally here in Az along with the bolts.
This was a very low cost bed. demi |

first photo was taken in 1980 when I purchased the 78 stepside custom deluxe. stock 250 six banger three -on-the tree , hub caps, a crappy step rear bumper and a custom canopy 2. photo mid 80s me Removing the wood bed the very first time. appliance crager wheels 3. recent rally wheels lowered 4/6 355 4 bolt , changed to automatic , repaint, new bumpers, hood, right fender , grill, oak finished bed andd everything else 4. recent motor install

weld 17'' typhoons with the cone head caps over stock 6.5 8 lug pattern 8s front 10s rear there like $340 a peice but the quality is amazing

Thanks man, those are nice looking rims. It's hard to find a decent set of 8-bolt rims that dont have ugly lugnuts poking out.

here's my 71 getting a new cab, no lift yet:
new bed, lift is on: front sheet metal to hold me over: How it is now, going to paint it all black this spring: Straight on:

1970 K25, 8' stepside bed 350/465/205 44 up front, 60 in the rear 4.10s rolling on 33" Dunlop MTs 1986 K5, 350/465/208 Dana 60/14 bolt from a cucv 36" Super Swampers TSL/SX 1983 K20 w/ CUCV axles, 350/700R4/208 sitting on 37" Goodyears 1986 M1031 6.2 diesel, TH400/NP205 locker in the rear and a LS in the front, all stock for now..... 1986 K30, 350/400/205 dana 60 and 14 bolt. I kept the drivetrain. Body/bad and chassis are gone. 1981 K30, 350/465/205 dana 60 and dually 14 bolt. Has a G80, and a flat bed. Going to replace the flat bed. 1985 K20, 350/400/208 10 bolt and SF 14 bolt. I wonder where I can find some 1 tons. Hmmmmm |
