WIW Nice Cab in Texas

I have a lead on a parts truck that I want the bed and doors off of. I have never sold just a cab so I was curious if it was worth enough to justify going through with the purchase. It's a one owner, 68 NON a/c cab with the original paint and very minimal rust. A tiny hole or 2 on the passenger rocker but otherwise I see nothing in the floorboards, drivers rocker or cab corners. Obviously it probably has a gremlin or two inside the rockers that can't be seen but otherwise it's the nicest cab I have found in my neck of the woods. It does have a clear title. The truck is a 2wd I6 with column shift 3 speed so it's a low hump floor. Very unmolested truck so not a bunch of holes drilled anywhere, including the radio. The only other thing is the lower areas of the cab corners are somewhat pulled out, not sure why exactly, but looks like they could be straightened pretty easily (see pics #4 and 5). If I go through with this purchase the cab would basically be stripped of the interior, doors, and the front clip. Any suggestions are appreciated. THANKS!
