Need advice on installing Doors
I need advice on the best way to install the doors on my 64 chevy truck. I have managed to bolt them on the truck but need to align them in the door openings. Anybody have a good way to do this? Any advice would be appreciated.

Re: Need advice on installing Doors
Mines a 62 but the process is pretty much the same. What I did was install all the bolts but don't tighten them. Only tighten the one in each hinge in the center. And tighten that bolt just snug, not tight. Then shut the door. Then open the door very carefully, the bolts should hold their position. If not just tighten it a little more. (Dust flour around it if you need to see if it's moving) You can then snug each of the other bolts, closing and opening after each one is snug, then tight. It should end up right.
I didn't have the problems most do. Some people have a heck of a time but mine was pretty straightforward.
