Power Steering and Disc Brakes for 1967 GMC - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Anyone have any information on swapping in a front end from an 80's or even late 70's truck for the power steering and disc brakes? I may have an early 80's donor truck so hoping someone can fill me in on what works and what doesn't. I was told that the new front axle assy would roll right in. Any feelings on that?

This question comes up almost everyday, check the search feature and yes it does bolt in but need to dimple the frame for the P/S box or buy the kit
