Power doors to manual conversion how hard

I'm picking up a complete 90 suburban with a bad trans I only want the doors for my crew cab. How hard is it to convert them from electric to manual as I'd really like to run my factory door panels.

Just bolt in your manual regulators in place of the power ones

Anyone know if you have to pull the whole door apart to swap the window regulators or can I just pull them out and switch them with the glass and all in. If I have to pull them all down I may just convert to electric

I converted from power to manuel it was pretty easy no need to dissemble the complete door or anything just pull the panel and swap them.

How did you get the door glass separated from the assembly to pull it out without taking the glass out. I did one back door it was entirely to bad just time consuming I'm stuck on the driver front because the windows stuck up so I can't get the glass out

Unbolt the regulator from the door then use the window power up/down switch to line up the notch in the center of the window track. might take a minute or 2 to find the sweet spot.

Re: Power doors to manual conversion how hard

YouTube has lots of great how to videos. Whenever I'm getting ready to work on the truck, I find and watch a few videos to get the basics. I then keep the one video that I found to be very helpful, ready on my iPad, to refer to as I'm working. This helps with those detious issues.
