Wifes new "Mini Van" LOL

Well the reason for project "LFD's Low buck truck build" is so I can sell my 99PS and the wifes 04 Cooper S and help pay for this, her new Mini Van She hate me calling it that but if more mini vans were like this we would all have them. It is an 07 TrailBlazer SS with the 395hp/400ft 6.0 small block that is based on the new vett motor. This thing is increadable. Here are a few pics. Sorry but it is pouring out so I will get more later.

Its notta mini van, its a SUV of DOOM!

The SS TrailBlazers are so clean looking. Is it the 2wd, or awd?

Those are just down right awesome. A friend of mine at work bought a white one about 6 months ago. Another one at work bought a silver 07 this week.

That color is amazing in the sunlight. Its a real deep, dark metallic red.

Re: Wifes new "Mini Van" LOL

The only problem with it is that it makes our 67 SS 396 Chevelle feel real slow I know it is not a mini van but I like to push her buttons.
I will be ordering the front 2" lowering springs for it in the next week or so and the rear is bagged with ride height sensors so all you need to do is re-adjust the setting for up to a 3" drop

That thing is pretty sweet. I went with my fiance's father to look at a new Silverado and they had a silver one in the showroom right next to a new ZO6. I would have happily taken either one.

Re: Wifes new "Mini Van" LOL

Good choice. I didn't like the trailblazers much until they came out with the SS LS2 option. That makes a very nice combo. Now, I'd have no problem driving one.

This video came out when the C6 was new and before the TBSS was available. Sure got my blood flowing:

Looks and sounds like fun, Sounds to me that the SS396 might need to become a SS502 or SS572.

I have thought about both options but with this being an original 30k mile car I think we will leave it as is

Welcome to the Family. We like to keep things discreet around here since no one knows what they are!! Enjoy. We have had ours for almost 1 year and almost 20k miles. No problems yet.... We will have a supercharger just as soon as the factory warranty is over.... Congrats!
