6 lug back spacing?
I was thinking about ordering some wheels from summit and I'm not sure what backspacing to go with. What is everyone else running. What will fit ect.? I'm going to be running 15x8 up front and 15x10 out back. Please help me out.

Re: 6 lug back spacing?
Factory 15x8 6-lug ralleys have a 3-5/8" backspace.
I wouldn't go more than 4" backspace. If you plan to ever lower it I would re-think your 15x10's. You may have to run 15x7's and 15x8's.

Re: 6 lug back spacing?
You can run a 10" rim but you need the correct backspacing. At least a 5" or 5.5" backspace.

Re: 6 lug back spacing?
My '69 has an ECE drum to disc conversion. I am running Wheel Vintique vette-style rallye wheels, 15x8 up front with a 4-inch backspace. In the back, I'm running 15x10's with 5-inch backspace. Up front it's dropped 2.5 inches w/spindles. In the rear, it's minus 4 inches. No issues with suspension. Here's a pic.

Re: 6 lug back spacing?
raggedjim - Okay, I can buy that. Here is my brother's truck (orange one) it is lowered. He's running 10's also. Its not as clean as I would like it. They're over maybe a 1 1/2" to 2" past the fender on this picture, but it look good. He has since change out the rims, now it a lot cleaner, maybe 1/4" to 1/2" past the fender.

Re: 6 lug back spacing?
My blazer wouldn't tuck before and it had a 6" rear drop! I have bought new wheels and tires since (don't have a pic yet)
Some people like to tuck'em but I like them either way. I agree, the fronts on your brothers truck need to be 8" Rg
