Torque Converter
I have a wheezebag 283 with 2 barrel and am replacing the Powerglide with a TH350. I could leave the stock converter on or go to the one that came with the TH350...I believe it was coupled to a 350 from an early Nova. It probably makes no difference but I just don't want to pull this thing again. It's just a well worn parts hauler......for now.

Better make sure they are interchangable.
I'm not sure but dont think that a PG converter will work in a th350.

Lance, I posted this, this morning in the wrong place...DOH! I was in a hurry but after three trys to get it in I picked up the TH350 converter and it fell into place. They look pretty close but it is in place now. I finally got the second cab where I can put in back on the truck but just did not want to leave that Glide in there when I have a good TH350 sitting in my parts stash.
I guess I will have to sell the 283 and Powerglide combo to somebody doing a real "period" restoration. I better list it at the Stovebolt site...LOL! You ready to do that cab corner yet?
