Taking out my Cat

I am thinking about taking out my cat to make my exhaust louder, would you reccommend taking out the cats and clamping in a pipe or just peeing out the center and putting it back in? Then, I can put the cat in and out if I need to.

in some areas they will check under the truck even during a road stop and especially in state inspection and issue summonses for not having a cat. id hollow it out and eliminate it that way afterall the powers that be cant see whats inside of it
