She is a mess but here it is.... 30x56x12... SteelCo Buildings is were the kit came from.

The building with doors, gutters, and insulation was $11950 delivered to the house.

Thats not bad at all. It definately seems like the steel buildings are the way to go price wise.

I am in it around $21K but that is concrete, lights, wire, labor, beer, beer, beer, wood (2x4's, OSB, and paint)...etc.. You could build it without the 30x18 room and no osb walls, just the building and concrete for about $16k doing it yourself.

I knew a shop like that came with hidden costs. Old kitchen cabinets in shop.........complete kitchen redo, yep hidden costs will get you everytime. Congrats sir, you have one nice playpen.
