Re: steering column and steering wheels

Heres what I went with. Its a Flaming River polished stainless column with a budnik steering wheel. From what I remember, it all went in really easy. Im happy with it

Re: steering column and steering wheels

I used a '68-'72 van column and a early '90s wheel. Had to cut off the top bell of the steering shaft and use a u-joint to connect the two and move the neutral saftey switch up the column a little bit. Can not remember what I had to do to make the horn work with that wheel but it was pretty simple. The truck and van columns are the same accept the van column shaft coming out the bottom is about 3 inches longer.
