Pretty sure those are the Dodge version buddy seats. They work in our old trucks as well.

Those are out of a Dodge. Other than the foam being shaped slightly different on the backs, the seats are identical. The mounting frames are different from truck to truck. An outside company made these style seats for GM, Dodge, and International which is why the parts interchange.
