Cross Country Trip!!

O.K. Am I forgetting anything?? I'm driving from California to Houston week after next (about 1700 miles). This is the last weekend I have to work on the truck before I take off. Trying to prep the truck. Here's what I've done within the last 2 months...
Changed:
Plugs
Wires
Coil
Cap and rotor
Coolant
Tranny fluid
Tranny filter
Rear diff fluid
Carrier Bearing
U-Joints
Rear Tranny Seal
Rear diff seal
Power steering hose
Gas tank and fuel filter

I'm going to change out the belts, and change the oil tomorrow.

Is there anything I'm forgetting?? I'm thinking of changing the fuel pump, just to be safe. Do you think that's necessary? If so, should I just buy and install an electronic fuel pump? If so, any suggestions on the Pressure settings? The one I am looking at is adjustable between 7-10psi.

Thanks for the help and suggestions!!!!
Shawn
