hauling a cab
what is the best way to haul a cab in a 02 chevy short bed?? thanks chris

most guys just put the cad side ways in the bed. it fits perfect. maybe it will do the same in your 02.

What Alexis said or...
You might be able to get away with lying the cab on its back, and putting it between the wheelwells. The beds on late model P/U's are pretty big, so it might work. Either way, make sure you tie it down really good, then drive off

cause on a low lump there is a lip that nags down that you have to bend inward to fit in that transmission. The high humps allows for room. I think that how it go's.

The cab will fit in the bed sideways, BUT it will sit in the wheel housing on the back of the cab!! I had to use 4 tires on rims as spacers to keep the cab above the wheel housings!!

Good idea on putting tires down there...mine did get damaged a little.
