"problem solver" offset control arm shaft kit question

Howdy folks,

I am rebuilding a set of 85 c10 2wd front control arms for my 69 pickup and have to choose whether I want the factory spec or offset upper shafts. The truck from which I pulled the arms had a pretty decent stack of shims on all 4 studs. I was wondering if anyone knew how much of an offset these shafts provide. I don't want to screw myself over if they add too much and screw the whole thing up.
