70 250cid bracket help

Want to add power steering to my 250 cid l6. Any thoughts on donor brackets, after market ones or anything in between. So far I have gotten tons of help in here and am anxious for more.

I'll be really honest. Unless you can find an original stock 250 six car or truck of the same era that has power steering you will have a hard time lining up everything.

I found my bracket on a chevy car with a 250 about 15 yrs ago and knowing what I know now I should have spent the extra money and gotten every part in front of the engine - p.s. pump and pulley, harmonic balancer and pulley, water pump pulley, alternator and pulley, all mounting brackets and even the belts for reference. For some odd reason, GM seems to have made them all different.

An alternative is to go to ebay or an aftermarket place and buy a ready made adjustable.
