77 Crew Cab Exterior Trim Needed
I have been working on this 77 crew cab short box and my intensions are to put the two tone exterior trim on and paint the middle section white/cream along with changing out the tires to factory 16.5" x 9.25" steel wheels (factory camper special size) with the dog dish hub caps. I cannot find anyone that carrys an exterior trim set for a crew cab, Ive tried LMC, classic industries, basically all the standard parts warehouses. I know I will only be able to order a long box kit even if I do find one since a short box crew was not offered in 77. Im also trying to find new outer trim bezel's that surrounds the wood grain piece on the rear doors of the crew cab (picture attached). I got new ones for the front and know the rears don't look as good.
Anyone have any suggestions? I would also be interested in a nice used set if I could locate one. Thanks for any help. The rest of the interior will come out this weekend to start the freshen up process. Probably gonna switch to black interior.

Re: 77 Crew Cab Exterior Trim Needed
LMC has what you want. They have a shortbed bed trim kit 38-7085 and for the rear doors here http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/csb/full.aspx?Page=51
And the cab kit (for a standard cab) 38-7083. That will cover you.

Re: 77 Crew Cab Exterior Trim Needed
Thanks for the info guys.
Your crew cab looks great two tone. I already ordered and recieved the black carpet kit and some other black pieces, but I am really wondering if I should stick with the stock brown interior. Any recommendations?

Stick with brown, in my opinion. Black is overdone, and nothing says 70's like a brown interior.
