I need help finding something.

Does anybody know of a thread that shows pics of replacing door bottom inners and skins?

Jocko, thanks that is good information. I guess my real concern is with the door skin. I only have the lower part of the skin. I am looking for some kind of trick that won' warp the skin when I weld them together. I just re did my fenders and it warped the crap out of the new piece. Cheap china metal. I just thought someone else would have come up with a solution.

You might be welding too much too fast. But it is going to be very difficult welding across the door skin without any warpage.

I was just thinking that too. I've got no experience in welding, but from what I've read you have to jump around with your "tacks" to keep the heat buildup to a minimum. And when you grind the welds down you need to make sure you do the same.
