Pics of trucks w/siding back glass

I am trying to decide it I like the look of the sliding back glass in these trucks. I have had several mid 90's chevys and a late 90's and liked the way it brought in fresh air and the fact you can hear your pipes a little better but I don't know about the looks of them on these trucks. I already bought one and haven't put it in but I saw one yesterday with a slider and it looked out of place. What do you guys think and anyone have any pics?

I think the regular back glass looks cleaner, but the slider does help cool the cab down pretty well if you don't have AC.

Re: Pics of trucks w/siding back glass

I had an aftermarket slider like BadPurple's above. I personally think the black frames look better than the original bare frames.

I replaced mine with a solid rear glass for a cleaner look. My slider is still for sale, BTW.

I think they look fine if you go with the black frame and dark tint. Otherwise, looks like crap but very useful.

I'm kinda on the fence with them. I really don't ever use mine, I don't mind the look of it. I am gonna leave it cause it came on the truck when I bought it. On my 68, I will have a regular window though. To each their own.

I like it as well for the fresh air. It gets pretty hot up here in the desert!

Good ol Adelanto, I've done a lot of varmint hunting up there. Nice area, very hot.

Re: Pics of trucks w/siding back glass

I had a bare aluminum frame slider that gave nice fresh air but did not care for the look of the deep frame so i ended up buying a slim black frame with tinted glass and i think it looks better.
