Heater Core Removal w/AC?

Need a little help; on a factory AZ truck, does the heater core come out via the inside of cab or from under the hood area? I thought there was something tricky about getting one of these out, but I can't remember. Hope I don't have to evacuate the AC....

It's been a while but I'm sure I took mine out from inside.

Re: Heater Core Removal w/AC?

Figured it out, had to drop inner fender to get to nuts holding the heater core housing. Thanks.
