250 to 350 swap questions

I just picked up a 80 short stepper this weekend, and it has a 4.1 straight 6 in it, with a th350. It has the integrated head, and the manifold is cracked. I guess this is a common problem with this set up. It came with another 4.1 that is good, but I was thinking that if it is a pretty straight forward swap, I would just put a 350 in it. So, what would I have to round up to swap in a 350? Thanks guys. This is going to kill me, I bought this truck this weekend, and tore down my garage to build a new one last week!!!! This truck is going to be an easy project, but I wont have the new garage up for at least 2 months!!!!!
