Water pump choices

So ive been having a rattle from my water pump, had to change thoose duralast pumps frequently, any of you guys recomend a good pump for my 350

There's only one water pump I would recomend.

Ditto. I run a Stage 1 cast iron. It's about $70.

Can you get water pump gaskets at a local autozone, kragen or what ever???

I like Gm myself. However I am currently running a NAPA long on my 400 and a NAPA short on my 350 ( your 350 most likely uses a long pump). Both pumps are working great and I can't complain. I like GM pumps better because they don't have unneeded accessory port in the pump body. I don't know about duralast parts but if you had to replace a few lately it might be a good idea to check the clutch fan.

The fan clutch is brand new its a HD on from Hayden

You might want to check out the Flow Kooler water pumps made by The Brass Works in San Luis Obispo, CA. I installed one in my truck over ten years ago. Darn thing is indestructable!
