Home rolled LED Taillights

I had a set of LED trailer lights laying around (don't have a trailer anymore) and I pulled them apart to see what the assembly looked like. Well, it was just the right size that it fit the housings perfectly! Wired them in with T-Tappers so I can put back to stock easily if wanted, and 3M automotive double sided tape (like used for trim and emblems).

These were from harbor freight many moons ago and they no longer sell them, but they do sell them at Autozone, Pep Boys, Etc...

Oh and the LED peanut bulb in the plate light...

Re: Home rolled LED Taillights

Nice! If I drove mine more often on public roads, I would seriously consider LED taillamps.
