Oil pump?

Hi so i had my motor bored and stroked and the shop that did it for me gave me an oil pump. I have a 1978 k20 but have a 90's crate motor for my year. I re-built it in to a 383. So the shop gave me a M-55 oil pump. Will that be enough? Is that the right one to go with?

Re: Oil pump?

A stock oil pump will be more than enough for a street truck.
