Anyone used the Oreilly's trim rings on their Rally Wheels?

Just like the title says, looking for anyone that has experience with the trim rings sold at Oreilly's? $60 for a whole set. They look to be 1-3/4" deep, but if they're decent quality, I wouldn't mind using them on my truck. I'd prefer 3", but with shipping to Alaska, anywhere else ends up being $150-200 or more to get them up here.

Anyone here used them on their truck? How did you like them, and do they stay on firmly?

Re: Anyone used the Oreilly's trim rings on their Rally Wheels?

I had them on a set of Cragar steel wheels and couldn't keep them on. They squeaked and squirmed with wheel flex, and I had to pound them back on constantly. The squeaking was driving me nuts, so I pitched them.

That's a shame. It doesn't seem like anyone makes a quality set anymore.

I've have a set of these on my C-10, since 2009, parked outside, they still look brand new. My wheels are standard Corvette rally style, 15X8. My rings are the "Ribbed" style, they're also available in a "Smooth" style.

Just to add.....Prices seem to be all over the place on these rings (eBay) let feed back and free shipping be your guide.

The problem is that nobody will ship free to Alaska with these. I can't swallow 60-80 bucks in shipping for just trim rings.

The ad I posted said free shipping with an additional charge of $15.00 for Alaska Hawaii, that's not bad at all.

Little late coming into this but have you looked at any board vendors? One of them might be able to cut a deal on shipping.
