Anyone in the Houston area?
Was wondering if there was any gathering in the Houston area that has a good chance to see other trucks like ours.

Re: Anyone in the Houston area?
There's a street meet every sat night up north>I don't remember exactly where but you can look up "Cruzin' Times" a local car show and auto publication.I think they have a web site or maybe a phone # in the big yeller book. They also do reveiws for the Houston auto dealers association if you can't find them any other way. They don't usually have a lot of 67-72 trucks but they list almost all of the car shows in Tx.

Re: Anyone in the Houston area?
Welcome from Kingwood!
I don't know of any board get-togethers actually taking place but some of us here were talking about meeting at a cruise night in Atascocita (FM 1960) right before daylight savings kicked in and never really got to it. They should be picking up over there again pretty soon and I expect we'll give it another try then. It's worth the trip even without the get-together. On a good Saturday night they'll have 30 cars/trucks parked. John |

Re: Anyone in the Houston area?
There have been two fairly active cruise nights in the Houston area. The one that Ole Blue 68 referes to in Atascita, and one off of Spring Cypress. That one is promoted by Niftee 50s car club and is currently shut down for the winter. Take a look at their site for tons of pics and info on upcoming events in the area.
