Me...progress? surely not!

But its true, took off work today and got the truck stripped down to rolling chassis all except for the CAB! Whew that cab is mean, even with no glass its still more than this boy wants. Getting all prepared for a new frame. Yep loosing the narrowed 9" and going back stock. Looks kinda funny seeing a front cap sitting here, bed over there, shed filled with parts and motor and tranny all wrapped up. I'll post some pics soon.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Just wanting to transform into a "nice" driver, I guess the pc term would be restorod. I was all over with the whole Pro scene. And after reading alot of post and thinking things over I really like the whole coil spring/trailing arms setup. Parts should be easier to come by for a factory frame as well.
