Pulled my rear diff. cover tonight

Removed the rear differential cover to check things out tonight.

The ring gear read
381903 9.37 GM 3-69 2

37 divided by 9 = 4.11

This is behind a 292, 4 speed & 1 pc. driveshaft with "4x4 tires". Tires are 31 x 10.50 R 15 LT's which has to be throwing the speedometer off. (I'm guessing) What tire is closest to original on the 2WD 1/2 tons? Also, is this a posi?

Gears have some pitting, so I may be in for replacing them
