Angry Shift indicator

I need to know where I find a new light for my shift indicator on the steering column, For my 71 chevy automatic.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but it is a fiber optic cable that runs just behind the acrylic piece with "PRND1/2" and then connects to a special bulb socket on the back of the instrument cluster....if it doesn't work make sure the cable is there and not cut then check the bulb....it is a standard bulb you can get at a checkers/schucks/Napa.

This is true.
Here is the bulb and socket. It should be found on the inner bulb that lights up your speedo.

i don't have my fiber optic cable picture anymore, but it knda looks like a h/d black wire that doesn't want to bend very easily.
