292 water outlet issues

So Im replacing the thermostat and upper radiator hose and though I would replace the water outlet....however, the outlet that I got from the parts store is incorrect and so is the upper radiator hose and thermostat gasket.

My water outlet has the upright where the radiator hose goes and the side where the bypass hose goes. Can anyone help with finding a replacement water outlet, thermostat gasket and upper radiator hose that works?

Local parts stores would be best....if you have part numbers and locations to try. Thanks. I tried autozone and oreilly.
