6 lug to 5 lug conversion

What's the going rate for the complete front end and rear to convert from 6 to 5 lug? Clean and ready to install. Non-positrac rear. I have one in my sights. Thanks, TF

Rearend prices seem to range from $50-$150 on a non-posi 5 lug 71-72 rearend and the front crossmember with all brake, suspension & steering parts from a 71-72 can be had for under $200, you may also consider buying a 71-72 basket case to get the parts needed. But of course if your anything like us the basket case will probably have a decent body and you just won't be able to bear to tear it apart and then you will have 2 you are redoing and from that point its not long before you end up with a signature like ours.
Its not a addiction but a way of life!!!

Thanks for the input. I know what you mean about stripping out a truck. I went to the spring show last spring, and so far the fall-out from that is about $ 15K. These trucks need a warning on the side, "This hobby is hazadrous to your wealth. " TF

I bought my 68 chevy to re-sell but here I am a year later and it is the only truck I drive. It would be very hard to part with it. Keeps on going, and going, and going, and going...............
