Re: Transplant Ready

Is that the 330 HP Crate Engine? I look forward to hearing how you like the power and drivability.

Yes it is. My brother has one in his '71 and he loves it. Probably have it back next week.

A friend put one in a 70 Monte Carlo years ago and loved it. I am considering one for my 67 SWB.

Re: Transplant Ready

Looking forward to the completed process. But since I’ve been sheltered in place since March. Only doing curbside pick ups for groceries. Break in may be a bit drawn out. Managed to get my first Covid vaccination this weekend and got lucky scheduling the second. So guess we have to see how life works out going forward. Dumped the chrome valve covers and picked up the polished cast aluminum. Knowing the desire for pictures I will post some soon.
