any rock crawlers?

heres a pic of my freinds dodge in moab. i have the right to post since i work on it. 318/sm435 atlas tranfer dana 60 front n rear no lockers.

same trannys tranfer case axles.its not about what you ride. its about the ride itself.

Actually, the transmission is a New Process 435. Not the same.

the np435 was used in gm 68-72. new process also makes the tranfer case 203,205,208

So they used 3 different trannys in those years, the an 420, sm465 and that np435

Well it needs some tires and wheels on it, Iam going to get some Super Swamper SSRs 305/70/16s and a set of Center line Vector serise wheels .

very nice, my old man use to have a 72 blazer. love that body style. i would take one those over new

Yeah I grew up riding around in a 70 C10 and just had to get one of my own, just really like these trucks over the new crap they are putting out these days.
This will not see much or any "rock crawling" though not much around here mainly just some mud in the feilds.

If it goes well i will have another around this time next year and am going to use it for my work truck and sell the 05 i have now.

i'd run some trails but rock crawling does damage and yours i way to nice for that.

I got a crawler............67 wagoneer, 350 out of a vette, 465 trans with a 205 t-case, 1 tons with 513 gears and a spool in the rear ,detroit rear, disc brakes on all fours, full hydro steering, chevy truck 63 inch leafs out back and a three link with pan hard bar and nitrogen shocks up front, riding on 44 inch swampers.
