SPID replacement? Anyone..?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if a SPID sheet can be replaced? I am sure I am not the only one that has bought a Chevy only to find that the original paperwork is missing or destroyed. Just curious if Chevrolet can offer a replacement? Maybe by using the VIN number? Wishful thinking?

Thanks!!

Re: SPID replacement? Anyone..?

x2 on Chipflyer for the new SPID label.

You'll need to tell him what to put on it (option wise) however. The GM repository of build information does not start until 1976 (for US produced/sold vehicles).
