Windsheild Seal Question
My truck had a leaky windsheild seal w/ the chrome trim in it and I had it replaced with a regular one without the trim. I am now unhappy with the look of it. My question is this....I have heard the seals from LMC are troublesome to keep in the chrome trim when you change the seal out. Is this a problem with the LMC seals, or just a problem with seals in general. I really want to change it back to the seal with the trim, but I am afraid of the trim giving me constant issues. Thanks.

Re: Windsheild Seal Question
I bought a new LMC gasket for mine. My glass guy fought with it for two hours, then had me bring it to his shop. He bought another gasket, and the glass went right in. Safelite auto glass is where the gasket and windshield were bought, and have not had any problems with it. If you dont have one near you, let me know and I will give you their number. If they wont ship it, I will pick it up and ship it to you.
