Switch Suspension Hood Hinge Install Questions
I have the Switch Suspension hood hinges in place, and I'm ready to install the hood to weld the brackets in place.
My question is: when doing this, are you guys using hood bumps and the little bushings that push into the fender? Or are you laying the hood where you want it, shimming the hood to fit with the fenders/grille and then spot welding it? Any advice or guidance would be great - want to do this once! I attached an image of the hinges installed on another truck I found online.
